Cancellation Policy

Credit card information is required to make appointments. For appointment cancellations or adjustments, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service will incur up to a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Please be aware, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled.
